We have a 7-day return policy from the time you receive your order. Products must be returned within their original packaging... unworn, and in re-sellable condition (returned the same way in which they were received). If we discover that they've been worn, we will return the products back to you.
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for earrings of any sort. This is due to sanitary concerns. This policy exists to safeguard the customers' safety and health.
We will, however, for items with defects, offer return/replacement and/or store credit for the value of the item(s), which can then be used toward a future purchase.
Important: Please contact us at [email protected], to authorize your return or exchange so that we can register your request. If you do not do this, we may be unable to identify your exchange or return your request and hence be unable to process it. Please provide us with the tracking number, after you send it back to us. Once we receive this and approve your request, we will provide you with our return address.
We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

We do not accept refunds for earrings.
We do not honor returns nor accept returns/exchanges beyond 7 days from the date delivered, and they will be returned to the client with additional shipping costs to the client's return address.
PACKAGE LOST OR INACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We send the domestic purchases via the United States Postal Service, all of which are safe and simple to track. If your product is lost in transit, you need to contact the USPS - we may assist in this. However, we are not liable for reimbursements of lost or erroneous addresses. If you have relocated and your package was sent to the old address, we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement.
***Once proof of delivery has been produced, we cannot be held liable for shipments. We cannot be held liable for missing or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carriers.***

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
To be eligible for return for use as store credit or a refund due to a defective item, you must first contact us within 24 hours after delivery to alert us of the damage (please include clear pictures/videos). You can also email us directly at [email protected]. We will decide if we want the item returned to us, or discarded. If returned to us, upon receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will send a store credit in the amount of the value of the item at time of purchase.
