Can i shower with my JEWELRY? You may. That is entirely your choice but please be aware that if you do, the Gold may fade over time. Because the main material is stainless steel over gold plating (not real gold). And for people possessing a strong skin acidity (P/H), we would recommend choosing the silver color.

What materials is your jewelry made from? Made of stainless steel, made of stainless steel gold-plated (not real gold) and brass. All of our jewelry is labeled with its created materials listed on the product page. Please be sure to review the description before you make your purchase.

Can I use more than one discount code? Short answer = No. Only one discount code can be used per purchase.

ORDERS
To where do you ship? We ship only within the USA and CANADA. As we grow, we will expand our market footprint.

From whence do you ship? We prepare and ship all orders from Indiana, USA.

How long will it take to get my order? It depends on where you reside. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days. Shipping in the USA is typically 3-5 business days. 

Which shipping carrier do you use? We use The United State Postal Service (USPS).

Can I return my purchase? Please read the Refund/Return policy.

My jewelry arrived damaged, what should I do? All pieces are carefully examined before we send them out. In the event there is damage during transport, please contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery as indicated by your courier notification. Please include pictures of the damaged piece. We will inspect before accepting. Once accepted, we will send out a replacement.

Incorrect Order or shipping information on my order? We can only make changes if your order has not been processed, please be sure to send us a message to [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order is not processed, we will update to the new shipping address provided. Alice Aesthetic will not be responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses provided at the time the order was placed.

I damaged my jewelry by accident, can you replace? No, we won't replace jewelry that's been damaged due to personal negligence. We will only replace jewelry if it arrived damaged.
